At Mufeed Naturals, we are committed to delivering your order safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and ship your orders.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/email with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at the moment (can be updated if you plan to offer it).

Delivery Timeline

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
    Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on select orders.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD availability depends on the delivery location.

  • Additional COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email.

  • You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partners will make up to 2–3 delivery attempts.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Masair Fragrance is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package or notice any missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.

  • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
